    I would LOVE LOVE LOVE this book!! I am going through stages now in my life where I am looking for information on aging well and staying healthy. I don’t have any vegan friends or family so I am on my own researching my future health needs and what I can do now to stay healthy happy and cruelty free.

    As a busy female who works full time, trying to start a business on the side and taking care of my 91 year old dad and 10 year old doggy i find it necessary to try and also stay at the top of my own game by taking care of ME with the little time i have left in the day. I search for ways to eat healthy and mostly vegan (occasional fish) which can be difficult with such a busy schedule. This book is on my must read list and i dearly would love to win it:)

With more & more community gardens, help with starting backyard gardens, & the lovely & increasing number of farmers markets, as well as CSA opportunities, using veggies in healthful ways is so valuable.
