Savvy Vegetarian Advice: Going Vegetarian

Support, Tips & Advice For A Successful Vegetarian Diet and Lifestyle

From What's A Savvy Vegetarian

"Going Vegetarian is like trying to spin around, stand on your head & rub your belly all at the same time.

It means radical changes to every aspect of your life, new knowledge about vegetarian diet and nutrition, and new ways of doing basic things - like cooking and eating. You need to be flexible, persistent, and keep your sense of humor!"

Maybe you're thinking about going vegetarian, concerned about reactions from friends and loved ones, or don't know if this is really such a good idea. I sympathize, having been there and gone vegetarian several times! I can tell you that it's far better to be thinking about it than not. I hope that you'll find the vegetarian advice letters helpful.

Savvy Vegetarian gets a lot of advice letters, these days! I read them all, and answer as many as I can, as quickly as I can. I focus on answering the ones that seem most pressing, that I haven't answered before, and that I'm qualified to answer. It might take me a while to respond.

If you want an answer now, you can learn a lot by reading the letters listed below. Or download any of the Free Savvy Vegetarian Reports. Or cruise the articles or resources. There's a lot of veggie info on Savvy Vegetarian. If you don't find what you need, please write to us. We're always glad to hear from you!

All the best! Judith Kingsbury, Savvy Vegetarian
