Toasted French Bread Recipe

Low Fat Thrifty Alternative To Chips, Impressive Holiday Appetizer

Toasted French Bread

Serve toasted french bread with artichoke dip, spinach dip, sour cream dip, hummus, refried beans, guacamole, salsa - find them all in our Sauces, Dips and Spreads recipes.

Use day old, firm skinny baguette(s), white or whole grain, for easy slicing.

Remove the crusts if you like - but do it before you slice the bread! I think it's unnecessary, but maybe not if you're entertaining royalty.
