Rates

Rates are guaranteed through the current calendar year, and will be adjusted yearly in January.

Standards

We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement which:
(a) Does not meet our ethical or content standards, determined solely by Savvy Vegetarian, Inc.
(b) Is considered not to be in the best interests of Savvy Vegetarian, Inc.
(c) Contains any illegal information or violates any International or Federal laws, as determined solely by Savvy Vegetarian Inc. or legal counsel.

Competing Ads

Although we make every reasonable effort to separate competing ads, we can offer no warranty or guarantee against competing advertisements

Indemnification for Liability

Advertiser is solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or relating to the advertisement, and/or any material linked through the advertisement.

Advertiser represents and warrants that the use, reproduction, distribution, or transmission of the advertisement will not violate any criminal laws or any rights of any third parties, including, but not limited to, such violations as infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, music, image, or other proprietary or property right, false advertising, unfair competition, defamation, invasion of privacy or rights of celebrity, violation of any anti-discrimination law or regulation, or any other right of any person or entity.

Advertiser agrees to indemnify Savvy Vegetarian, Inc. and to hold Savvy Vegetarian, Inc. harmless from any and all liability, loss, damages, claims, or causes of action, including reasonable legal fees and expenses that may be incurred by Savvy Vegetarian, Inc., arising out of or related to advertiser's breach of any of the foregoing representations and warranties.

Limitation on Damages

In no event will Savvy Vegetarian, Inc. be liable to the advertiser for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on breach of contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not Savvy Vegetarian, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Entire Agreeement

These standard terms set forth the entire agreement between the parties Savvy Vegetarian, Inc, and their advertising sponsors, and supersedes prior agreements and representations between the parties, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter contained in the terms and conditions of sponsorship advertising on www.savvyvegetarian.com.
