The Green Cutting Board

Environmental Vegetarian Blog With A Social Conscience

Most blogs I've seen do one or more of three things:

  1. Act as the authors daily or weekly (sometimes hourly) personal/business diary, with posts ranging from stream-of-consiousness through opinionated rants to structured and thoughtful essays
  2. Promote the author's world view, and/or business, by giving out supporting information to hopefully like-minded visitors
  3. Entertain, educate, amuse, stimulate (sometimes shock), or irritate
  4. Good writing, solid content, and great graphics are bonuses

Believe it or not, I found all of the above at The Green Cutting Board.

The Green Cutting Board is an online newsletter/blog based in Tampa FL, publishing vegetarian community news; articles and commentary about anything with a green slant; a wide range of links - food in general, vegetarian, media, animal activism; vegetarian recipes; reviews of whatever strikes the publisher's fancy. Content is wide-ranging, thoughtful, always interesting, sometimes odd, often funny. I'll be back - see you there!
