School For Savvy Vegetarians is a complete beginners course on vegetarian diet, nutrition, kitchen basics, shopping, cooking, and lifestyle

There are twelve lessons, one each month, emailed or postal mailed to students.

No testing or grades! Each lesson has a main theme, but all topics are covered as needed in each lesson. Theory and practice are combined; there are assignments to build your knowledge and confidence. Obviously, the more you do, the more you'll learn, but assignments don't have to be completed to move on to the next lesson. If you'd like more time, want to go faster, or if you need something more, just let us know.

Courses are interactive - this is one of the most valuable aspects of the School for Savvy Vegetarians. Students send questions, comments, suggestions, or requests, on each lesson. These are answered individually and, if you agree, shared with the rest of the class. Each person benefits from individual attention, and the group experience.
