Pumpkin Soup With Butternut Squash And Crockpot Options
This ultra delicious vegan pumpkin soup recipe by Ana Barejo is 2nd prize winner of the Savor and Share recipe contest.
If you can’t find a pumpkin, make this a butternut squash soup recipe, since butternut squash is plentiful and inexpensive in winter.
This is also an excellent crockpot soup recipe. Just throw everything into the crockpot except for the soup stock and garnishes, and cook on low for 6 hours.
Then blend with a blender stick, add the stock, set the crockpot on high and heat for another hour.

Easy To Make Diet Dessert Recipe: Raspberry Mango Sorbet
This raspberry mango sorbet recipe by Jenny Lorraine Nielson is the honorable mention winner of the Savor and Share Recipe Contest.
Jenny’s frozen diet dessert recipe is sugar free, gluten free, fat free and absolutely delicious!
This refreshing unsweetened fruit sorbet recipe works as a diabetic dessert recipe and also as an easy summer recipe or one that brings forth memories of summer in winter.
By all means use fresh raspberry and mango if you can get them - you’ll just need to freeze the mixture a little longer.
