When making a new recipe, or learning how to cook a basic food, or getting cooking tips and techniques, we've always found pictures very helpful. But nothing is quite as helpful as watching somebody do it.
The ideal is to have a personal mentor to show you how to cook things, like having a helpful but non-interfering live-in grandma who cooks delicious things in your kitchen and lets you watch and ask questions to your hearts content.
Too few of us have that these days, or ever had that, even as children. I hope my new series of cooking videos will give you a taste of that experience. If you have any questions, contact me, and I'll answer as quick as I can.
