Moo Tea is safe for nursing moms to drink several times a day. It tastes good on it's own, but you can add honey if desired. This mild infusion helps to increase breast milk production, and eases gas in baby and Mom.
Teas, which are steeped or brewed for a few minutes, are mild flavored and have less tea or herbs added. Infusions, which are nutritional and medicinal, are steeped for hours, and have more herbs added.
