This is Real Live Salsa, as opposed to supermarket salsa. Two different universes. Also known as 'pico de gallo', this salsa is versatile as a topping for bruschetta, fajitas, soft tacos and avocado halves, and as a dip for veggies, jicama, crackers and chips. Be sure to use organic ingredients, to get the full taste sensation. It takes about 15 minutes to make 2 1/2 cups of salsa, and about the same amount of time for 2 - 4 hungry people to devour.
