We love this dressing with Winter Salad or Mediterranean Rice Salad. It also makes a lovely dip for raw veggies.
We use a homemade cashew soy yogurt recipe we found in Artisan Vegan Cheese by Miyoko Schinner, but any thick plain yogurt will work. Vegan mayo or sour cream will also work in this recipe
