You can find açai berry purée in the frozen food section of natural food stores, or buy them on the amafruits website.
Açai berries are fantastic in smoothies, and well worth having in your freezer.

Make this a raw recipe by using raw agave nectar instead of sugar, for both the açai berry pudding, and the coconut cream.
Thaw the packages of açai berry purée and chill the cans of coconut milk overnight in the fridge for best results. Use nicely ripe (spotty but not mushy) bananas. All steps in this recipe, up to assembling the individual servings, can be done several hours ahead of time.
Serve Açai Berry Banana Dessert in small glass dishes or stemmed glasses for a lovely visual effect.
