Quick easy vegan dessert recipe combines chocolate & avocado in a creamy, rich, blissfully delicious pudding. Some may question this combo, but just try it and you'll see - it's an instant addiction!
Make this avocado dessert raw with raw cocoa powder and medjool dates or raw sugar. I added stevia for extra sweetness, but any liquid sweetener, or 1/2 soft ripe banana will also work - just adjust the amount of almond milk.
Possible variations include adding orange zest or 1/4 tsp mint extract.

If you have an ordinary blender instead of a high power blender, soaking the dates for an hour or two in hot water will make them easier to blend
